PAYMENT
Payment for your order can be made by credit card or using your Paypal account.
Our SQUARE card payment system accepts most bank cards used around the world, in particular CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB cards.
All payment transactions on our website are secure thanks to our SSL certificate which allows your data to be encrypted. Depending on your bank, you may be asked for a 3D secure verification during the payment process.
SHIPPING
All of our parcels are sent by the most reliable and fast international shipping method of Japan Post (EMS).
The delivery time quotes by Japan Post is approximately 4-5 days. However, we cannot guarantee the respect of the indicated deadlines and cannot be held responsible in the event of delivery delays operated by the carriers ( your parcel will finally be handle by a local transporter).
The considered period begins when the email is sent notifying you that we have shipped your parcel.
For any order above 300 € (after application of a possible reduction coupon), the delivery costs are free.
The tracking number will be sent by email when we have shipped your parcel. Please double check that our email did not slip into your junk mail box.

The items will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer when ordering.
* We strongly advise you to check the contents of the package in front of the postman. The Ulala workshop declines all responsibilities for any delays, theft, loss or damage of the parcel when operated by the transporter.
We are comitted to ship the order within the period indicated on the product page. However, for special bag requests, the deadline will consider the changes and will be communicated to you.
The buyer can at any time consult the status of his order using the tracking number which will be communicated to him when the order has been sent. This tracking allows the buyer to know the processing status of their order, but also the shipping status of their parcel.
